范世平,山西芮城北曹庄人,1950年生于五世名医之九世,字“一安”堂号梅园居士,紫云轩;雅号条山布衣,逍遥一笔。八十年代创办紫云轩书画社,2010年至今参加全国书法大赛,荣获全国金奖、银奖、铜奖、一等奖、优秀奖等共计50余项,被百度授予为“马航事件的幸运者”,被授予《人民最喜爱的书法家》,被中国文化艺术鉴定授予为《中国著名书法家》、《中国百杰书法家》、《中国艺术家协会创作委员》、《中国书法创作院高级书法师》、《中国美术研究院副院长》、《中国书画家协会副主席》、《中国书法家协会会员》、《中国书法家协会名誉理事》、《国家一级书法师》、《国家高级书法师》、《中国书画收藏协会签约书画家》著作有由中国书协主席苏士澍亲笔题写的“翰墨人生””范世平诗书集”、欧阳中石老师题写“范世平书法集”、欧阳中石题写“人民艺术家”和“风范一品大家”。

2019年5月经中国书法家协会理事会评定授予“中国最具影响力的50位书法名家”。现为国际名人百科会员。2020年由国际名人百科举荐为“中国当代优秀人民艺术家”,2020年10月被文化部授予“国家一级艺朮大师“,并被中国互联网授予“全球突出贡献人物。
