马平赫,1966年12月生人,笔名千金,书房斋号金鼎阁,满族,大专文化。

自1993年起从事书画艺术创作,拜书画艺术泰斗许维训为师,2009 年出任中国书画研究院烟台分院执行院长。现为国家一级美术师,中央国家机关书法家协会会员,中国楹联学会专家,《联墨艺术报》理事会理事,中国CCTV世纪大采风中国书画研究院院士,中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会委员、特聘艺术家,同时授予“最具创作力是书画名家”,山东省文联书法家协会会员,中国《共和国日记》书画卷展选组委会顾问,中国书画艺术传承大师,中华人民共和国成立七十周年第十九届世纪风采人物。被国务院国资委、教育部、被中共中央文化部统战部授予“中国最具特色的书画艺术家”称号,接受中央电视台采访,被收藏天下全国数字电视频道特聘为学术指导与特聘艺术家,并被授予“抗疫艺术先锋”和“最有收藏价值的艺术家”称号。被中国美术家协会授予“最爱国的艺术家”称号。

At the same time, he was awarded the title of "The Most Creative Master of Painting and Calligraphy", a member of Shandong Federation Calligraphers Association, and a consultant of the organizing Committee for the Chinese Republic Diary Painting and Calligraphy Volume Exhibition.
