彭成梁,1940年10月生,贵州织金人,贵州大学中文系毕业,原国家广播电影电视总局总偏室文艺处长;有诗、书、画、摄影、散文、评论、电影剧本等作品发表;书法作品在国内北京等地、海外新加坡、法国卢浮宫、韩国、日本、联合国、匈牙利等展出过;被授予“德才兼备艺术家”、“全国百位优秀人民书画家”、“最具影响力70位人民书画家”等称号。现为国家一级书法师,北京书法家协会会员,中国书画家联谊会会员及该会新文艺群体书画家,中国电影家协会、中国电视艺术家协会、中国电影评论学会会员,中国互联网联盟理事,中国文化艺术发展联合会常务理事,中外名人文化研究会文化艺委会高级书画师、研究员,联合国和平书画院院士等。事迹载《中国书画家大辞典》、《人民功勋艺术家大辞典》、入《全国职业信用评价网》“技能人才库”等。

中国的书法,古来有尚静美亦有尚动美者,亦有兼之者。彭成梁老师的书法偏重上动美之书法,夭矫放纵,不可局限。但这也是它的价值所在。它的独到正在于这种强悍朴野,这种率放不拘,这种粗烈稼酣,我们从中可以品到血性,咂到刚强,尝到风风火火,体现到有关生命的大放旷与文化的大质朴。然而这只是生命文化个体的专利,因为彭老师“高韵深情,坚质浩气”的人本与研学石、习诗文的文化修养是值得推崇的。

各种艺术门类,都有自身的特点和规律,但总体都是以真善美为原则,其目的都是为愉悦、美育、激励观众,服务人民和社会。无论对影视文艺还是对诗歌、摄影、绘画,都应坚持积极的艺术观点,遵循现实主义与浪漫主义相结合的创作方法,从思想性、艺术性、观赏性诸方面要求自己。他认为,艺术是属于人民的,无论写诗作画著文章,都要“三贴近”,有群众观点,要人家能看得懂、得到愉悦,引起共鸣,有所收获。所以,在自己的创作中,不仅要求新、求美,还要有积极健康的思想内容,在诗中追求画意,在画中追求诗情,诗书画也要追求音律、韵味。他还说,文艺作品既要娱乐健美人生,丰富美化社会,更要有益于人类的进步发展。
