刘禹文,字:阁臣,1943年生人,现为:现任中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会委员、北京海峡两岸书画家协会荣誉主席、中澳国际书画大展组委会副主席、中国公关世界杂志社签约画家、河北省美协会员、唐山市美协会员、唐山市书画家协会副主席、 被中国人民艺术网聘为客座教授。
