张正扬 男,苗族,生于1955年1月,湖南城步苗族自治县儒林镇人。先后深造于西安美术学院和中央美术学院。现为中国版画家协会会员、中国国际艺术家协会顾问、中国书画名家研究会副会长。城步苗族自治县政协正县级干部、城步苗族自治县文联名誉主席。

Zhang Zhengyang, male, Miao nationality, was born in January 1955 in Rulin Town, Chengbu Miao Autonomous County, Hunan Province. He studied at Xi 'an Academy of Fine Arts and Central Academy of Fine Arts successively. Now he is a member of China Printmakers Association, consultant of China International Artists Association, and vice president of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Masters Research Association. County-level cadre of CPPCC in Chengbu Miao Autonomous County, honorary chairman of Literary Federation in Chengbu Miao Autonomous County.

2005年国家邮政局出版发行当代中华文化名家张正扬版画作品专题邮票。2010年7月应邀参加中国赴日本文化艺术交流访问团出访日本。2011年8月应邀参加中国赴俄罗斯文化艺术交流访问团出访俄罗斯。2018年国家邮政局出版发行一带一路•共建繁荣《中国梦•文化梦名家名作张正扬专题邮册》。2005年4月由统一欧洲联合会授予“中欧文化特使”荣誉称号。2012年9月被聘任为世界教科文卫组织首席艺术家。2014年10月英国皇家艺术研究院授予“中英艺术交流形象大使”和“世界文化名人”荣誉称号。2017年10月中国文学艺术研究会授予“中美文化形象大使”荣誉称号。

In 2005, the State Post Bureau published and distributed special stamps on prints by Zhang Zhengyang, a famous contemporary Chinese culture artist.
