王安祥,男,生于1957年4月,甘肃民乐人,字安祥。中共党员(1993年2月入党),1981年参加工作,历经技术员、助理工程师、工程师、高级工程师、正高级工程师;曾担任科级、处级、厅级干部(厅级干部长达16年)现己退休。书法艺号:紫云斋之宝。他出身寒门,草根习性天成。自幼酷爱书法,已有40余载,现为兰州新区书法家协会副主席、中国硬笔书法协会会员、人民艺术家协会理事。

2015年9月在纪念中国人民抗日战争胜利70周年---“和平颂.中华情”全国美术书法百家邀请展评选中,成功入展并荣获一等奖;

2018年8月作品《金刚经》入选“华珍阁”杯全国书法作品大展并被收藏。

2019年7月在甘肃酒泉举办庆祝新中国成立70周年全国集邮书画作品展。

2020年荣获《2020最具收藏价值艺术家》。在公益事业、脱贫攻坚、新农村文化建设活动中也数次捐赠书法作品,并获其捐赠证书。
