杨继林,笔名根艺,字墨泉,号玄武堂,1955年出生,浙江湖州人士。国家民族画院画家。现为中国企业文化促进会企业艺术家工作委员会副秘书长,客居京华。

继林六岁学习书面,手幕心追,楷学唐欧,行效“二王”。注重法古创新,集大家之所长,又有幸得到多位名家的指点,书画艺术水平更上一层楼,创作出独属于自己的书逼技法—“湖笔艺术”。其作品多次在比赛中获得银奖并被收入大典出版。在2009年庆祝中华人民共和国成立六十周年的各项大赛中又一举夺得优秀奖、一等奖、金奖等。在建党九十周年书画比赛中获得艺术奖,并被授予“爱国书画名家”荣誉称号。2017年10月31日,参加在中国文联文艺家之家举办的“庆祝十九·大不忘初心跟党走—一企业优秀书画作品展”。其作品广受国内外友人的青睐。

His works have won silver prizes in many competitions and have been included in the grand ceremony for publication. In 2009, he won the Excellence Award, First Prize, Gold Award, etc. in various competitions celebrating the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. He won the Art Award in the Painting and Calligraphy Competition for the 90th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China and was awarded the honorary title of "Famous Patriotic Painting and Calligraphy Master". On October 31, 2017, he participated in "Celebrating the 19th Do not forget your initiative mind's Walking with the Party-Exhibition of Excellent Paintings and Calligraphy Works of an Enterprise" held at the Literary and Art House of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
